1. Acceptance of terms

By using Interview Practice AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Interview Practice AI helps you prepare for job interviews: questions written for your interview from the job advert and your CV, answers marked by AI with feedback, mock interviews read aloud, and a daily plan to your interview date. The service is for practice only and does not guarantee any interview result or job.

3. Free tryout

Visitors can answer one interview question without an account. We limit free tryouts per connection and use a bot check. To keep practising, create a free account.

4. User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• One account per person. Shared or duplicate accounts may be closed.

5. Passes and payments

• A free account includes what the Pricing page lists. More practice needs a pass: the Interview Pass (14 days) or the Job Search Pass (60 days).
• A pass is one payment, not a subscription. It ends on its own, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency.
• Fair use applies: up to 50 marked answers a day, and 300 (Interview Pass) or 900 (Job Search Pass) in total.
• Your pass starts as soon as you pay. At checkout you agree to this and confirm that you lose your right to cancel once it starts. Passes are not refundable except where the law requires it.
• We may change prices for future purchases; a pass you have bought keeps its terms.

6. Voice features

You can answer out loud: your recording is transcribed by Groq and the recording is not kept. Questions can be read aloud by an AI voice from Speechify. By using voice features, you agree to this processing.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit or abuse the AI system.
• Submit offensive, harmful or misleading content.
• Use automated tools to access the service (bots, scrapers and the like).
• Impersonate another person.
• Get around the limits on free use or fair use.

8. Intellectual property

The content and design of Interview Practice AI are our intellectual property. Your answers and the documents you upload remain yours. By using the service, you let us process them only to provide it to you.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Account. It is deleted after 10 days, and you can cancel by logging in before then. After that, your account and its data are permanently deleted, and any time left on a pass is lost.

10. Disclaimers and AI limitations

The service is provided as it is. AI can make mistakes: questions, marks and feedback may contain errors. Scores are a guide to help you improve, not a prediction of any panel's decision, and they are not professional career advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
