Makes Interview Practice AI

I started this while helping my girlfriend prepare for job interviews. We sat together, I played the interviewer, and she practised her answers out loud. It worked well, but I couldn't always be there.

So I asked what it would take for an AI to be that practice partner: always available, never judging, and giving feedback that is useful every time. That is Interview Practice AI. I build it myself and keep it running, so there is a direct line between me and the people using it.

How the questions are written

Each job's questions are written for that job, from what the job asks for, and checked before they go live. Every page shows the date it was last updated and the sources it uses. For any other job, a question is written from the job title, the employer and the advert if you add them.

How your answers are marked

AI marks each answer on four things: does it answer the question (relevance), does it give evidence, is it easy to follow (structure), and does it end with a result (outcome). The score is a guide to help you improve, not a prediction of the panel's decision.

Your data

Recordings are turned into text to mark your answer. You can download or delete your data at any time from your account. Read the privacy policy.
